Accounts worth following and sharing

We looked for Christian creators and organizations who teach with grace and avoid diet-culture hype. Accounts change over time, so check recent posts before sharing. TikTok creators vary widely, so search these same names there rather than trusting hashtag pages.

How to share someone else’s video

Use the app’s own Share, Remix or Collab features, or post a link and tag the creator. Don’t download and re-upload someone else’s video without their permission.

Review before you share

Several of these creators teach a non-diet or “intuitive eating” approach. Many Christians find it freeing; others emphasize self-control and discipline more. Watch a few posts first and share what fits your church’s convictions. We don’t endorse every post.

Keep it grace-filled

Guardrails for health posts

  • No before-and-after photos, weights or body measurements.
  • Get permission before posting anyone’s photo, and written parent permission for children.
  • Pair every fasting post with the safety line: check with your doctor first if you have a health condition.
  • Celebrate habits and faithfulness, not appearance.
